the best facility that I have worked in. I've worked as an LNA for approximately 8
years. My experience is that Friendship Village Tempe provides a safe and clean and
fun atmosphere for the residents. There's lots of activities for the residents as
well as the employees. Lots of incentives encourages both residents and employees
to give their best. Friendship Village is a wonderful place to work.”

“Great atmosphere, staff are friendly. Residents
are kind and we get to build a friendship with each and every one of them. We get
appreciated by management with things like movie tickets, gift cards, meal tickets.
Food in the break room is super cheap! The company pays higher than most hospitals
as well as other retirement/assisted living facilities.”

“Friendship Village of Tempe was a great place to
work. It was dependable and offered security as well as a friendly work
environment. The management made sure to offer new tasks to the employees to keep
them challenged and motivated. The workplace also rewarded hard work and ambition,
by providing financial aid in schooling to those that desired to further their
education.”
